844. WILLIAM FORSYTH proceedingsdefend was indicted for feloniously, wilfully, and of his malice aforethought, being present, aiding, abetting, and assisting one William Stevenson < no role > in feloniously killing and slaying Elizabeth Scott proceedingsvictim , against his Majesty's peace .

He was also charged on the Coroner's inquisition.

The witnesses being called, and not appearing, the Prisoner was ACQUITTED .

Tried by the first Middlesex Jury before Mr. Baron EYRE < no role > .
