ANN BURGESS proceedingsdefend was indicted for feloniously receiving, on the 16th of May, two quart pots, value 2 s. the property of John Tisdale proceedingsvictim , well knowing them to be stolen; and also for receiving three pint pewter pots, value 2 s. stolen by a person unknown; and for receiving one other pint pot, value 10 d. the property of John Janeway proceedingsvictim .
