JAMES WATSON proceedingsdefend was indicted for feloniously assaulting on the King's highway, George Adams proceedingsvictim , on the 23d of March last, and putting him in fear and danger of his life, and feloniously taking from his person and against his will, one half guinea, value 10 s. 6 d. two half crowns, value 5 s. one pair of silver sleeve buttons, value 2 s. the property of the said George .
