370. WILLIAM GARRATT proceedingsdefend was indicted for feloniously stealing, on the 10th day of February , twenty pounds weight of lead, value 3 s. belonging to Andrew Nicoll proceedingsvictim , then and there affixed to a certain empty house of the said Andrew, against the statute .
