was again indicted, for that he on the 12th day of November
last,
did falsely and feloniously, make, forge, and counterfeit, and cause and procure to be falsely made, forged, and counterfeited, and did willingly act, and assist, in falsely making, forging, and counterfeiting, a certain paper writing, purporting to be a promissary note, for the payment of money
; and which said note is dated.
"No. 12. London, October 16th, 1782."
