648. JOHN COLLINS proceedingsdefend was again indicted (with the said Thomas Condon < no role > , otherwise Smith) for that he on the 30th of September last, one piece of false, feigned, and counterfeit money and coin, to the likeness and similitude of the good, legal, and current money of this realm, called a half crown, falsely, deceitfully, feloniously, and traiterously, did counterfeit and coin, against the form of the statute .

A second Count. For coining a shilling.

ACQUITTED for want of prosecution .
