108, 109. PETER SEDDON proceedingsdefend and JOHN TANN proceedingsdefend were indicted for breaking and entering the dwelling-house of Elisabeth Day proceedingsvictim , widow , on the 6th of January , about the hour of six in the night and stealing six silver tea-spoons, value 4 s. 6 d. eight yards of printed cotton, value 48 s. and four guineas in monies, numbered, the property of the said Elisabeth Day < no role > , in her dwelling-house .

(The witnesses were called, but did not appear.)
