461. JOHN JONES proceedingsdefend was indicted for that he in the king's highway, in and upon Jarvis Buck proceedingsvictim junior did make an assault, putting him in corporal fear and danger of his life, and stealing from his person a pair of silver shoe buckles, value six shillings, the property of the said Jarvis , May the 12th .

There was no evidence to affect the prisoner.

NOT GUILTY .
