360. MOSES ASHER proceedingsdefend was indicted for stealing a cornelian ring set in gold, value twenty shillings, an amethyst ring set round with paste stones in gold, value six shillings , the property of Thomas Reeve proceedingsvictim , March the 1st .

One of the rings was found in the pocket of the prisoner's wife, the other on his brother; but there was no evidence to affect the prisoner.

NOT GUILTY .
