(2d M) THOMAS COOK proceedingsdefend , was indicted for breaking and entering the dwelling house of Edward Webb proceedingsvictim on the 6th of April , about the hour of eight in the night and stealing a silver watch, gilt with gold, value five pound, a steel watch chain, value eighteen-pence, a silver seal, value two shillings and a cornclian stone seal set in base metal, value eighteen-pence; the property of the said Edward in his dwelling-house ++.
