William Francis < no role > deposed, that the prisoner worked for him; that his house was broke open on the 19th of October, and the spoons mentioned in the indictment were stolen.

- Clark deposed, that when the prisoner was taken, be confessed that he had stole the spoons, and said his mother should restore them, which she did.

The prisoner said nothing in his defence.
