442. (L.) Dorothy Churchman , widow , otherwise Elizabeth Row proceedingsdefend , was indicted for stealing 3 linen aprons, one linen handkerchief, one linen cap, and one linen shift , the goods of George Forbus proceedingsvictim , July 18 .

The prisoner chared at the prosecutor's house, and had taken the goods mentioned at sundry times, and pawned them, and upon her trial she owned the fact. Guilty .
