557, 558, 559, 560. Edward Jackson proceedingsdefend , Richard Lambert proceedingsdefend , William Isles proceedingsdefend , and Henry Morris proceedingsdefend , were indicted for that they, together with William Scragle < no role > , in a certain field, or open place, near the king's highway, on Ann White proceedingsvictim , widow , did make an assault, putting her in corporal fear, and danger of her life, two baskets, value 1 s. 29 dimitty caps, 14 stomachers, 4 pair of ticken pockets, 13 pair of scissars, 4 pair of silver buttons set with stones, and other things, the goods of the said Ann did steal, take and carry away .

All four acquitted .
