197. Judith Dyke proceedingsdefend , widow , was indicted, for stealing a silver tankard, val. 7 l. the goods of Isaac Kennish proceedingsvictim , in the dwelling-house of the said Isaac , Dec. 11 .

The witnesses were the same as in the tryal of John Stephens < no role > , No. 126, the last sessions, with the addition of Hosier, who all seemed to agree, if the tankard was taken by either of the two, it must be by Stevens.

Acquitted .
