484. David Evans proceedingsdefend , was indicted for stealing 160 yards of linen cloth, val . 8 l. 20 yards of printed linen, val. 35 s. and other things , the goods of Wm Pooley proceedingsvictim , Aug. 12 .

The prisoner lived servant with the prosecutor, and at divers times in divers parcels, had taken these goods mentioned in the indictment, out of the warehouse, he confess'd the same, and some of the goods were found again by his direction, and produced in court.
