<p>Aquila Cooper. I have known the Prisoner about ten years, and I never knew any harm of him; he has been often at my house, putting up beds, and doing other things, and he never did me any wrong.</p>
<p>Prisoner. Pray Mr. Wye, did not Mr. Barton say, that they could not tell, who took the spoon?</p>
