353. + George Watton proceedingsdefend , late of Milton, in the County of Kent , was indicted on the Waltham Black-Act, for that he on the 18th of February, in the Twelfth Year of His Majesty's Reign , did wilfully, maliciously, and feloniously shoot at John Fowen proceedingsvictim , of Gravesend , Barber (since deceased) in his Dwelling-House .

An Affidavit was produced, that Notice had been given to the Persons concerned in the Prosecution, that the Prisoner would take his Trial this Day; they were called, viz. William Moore < no role > , John Fowen < no role > , Matthew Peter Solom < no role > , and Susanna Halliburton < no role > , but not appearing, the Prisoner was acquitted .
