Joseph Jaques proceedingsdefend , of St. George Bottolph-lane , was indicted for feloniously stealing a Hogshead of Tobacco, Value 20l. the Goods of Persons unknown the 1st of November last; but there not being sufficient Evidence to prove the Fact upon the Prisoner, the Jury acquitted him.
