Valantine Coltis proceedingsdefend , was indicted for assaulting James Dixon proceedingsvictim in the Street, and taking from him a Gold Ring , but it appearing the Prosecutor was not certain when he apprehended the Prisoner, that he was the Person who stole the Ring, and afterwards indicted him on a Quarrel, the Jury acquitted him, and the Court ordered him a Copy of his Indictment.
