Katharine Cook proceedingsdefend was a second time indicted for a Misdemeanor in receiving the Goods of Robert Rawlings proceedingsvictim , knowing them to be stoln . The Depositions in the former Trial were repeated in this, with additional Proofs of her Intimacy with Sheppard, by her frequently coming to him when in Newgate, acknowledging that he had often lain with her, and confessing that she knew that the Goods which were found upon her in Long-Alley came from him. The Jury found her guilty . Fined and Imprison'd .
