last. The Evidence depos'd, that the Prisoner came to the Prosecutor's Shop, and putting her Hand into the Drawer, took out Six Pence, which she saw in her Hand. The Jury found her
guilty
to the value of the first Indictment; and on the Second,
to the value of 4 s. 10 d.
