William Parsons proceedingsdefend , of Pancrass , was indicted for feloniously stealing a Chesnut Gelding, value 4 l. the Property of Francis Heath proceedingsvictim , the 11th of May last. He was likewise indicted a second Time of the Parish of Stoke Newington , for stealing a Black Brown Gelding, value 8 l. the Property of Anthony Hargrave proceedingsvictim , the 17th of November last. He was likewise indicted a third Time for stealing a Black Gelding, value 10 l. the Property of Robert Ruskin proceedingsvictim , the same 17th of November last. The Facts being all plainly prov'd, the Jury found him Guilty of all Three Indictments. Death .
