John Holder proceedingsdefend of Pancras , was indicted for stealing and driving away 2 Hogs, value 50 s. the Goods of Robert Nichols proceedingsvictim , on the 12th of June last. It appeared that 2 Hogs were lost out of Gray's Inn Lane , and the prisoner was stopt by the Watch driving 2 Hogs in Tyburn Road, about 1 the same Morning; but it not being prov'd they were the same Hogs, the prisoner was acquitted .
