feloniously receiving the same, knowing it to be stoln
. It appear'd that the prisoner Roberts, and the Prosecutor Calcot used to keep Oxford Ale for sale in a Cellar, and that Bird, Robert's Servant, by mistake put one of Calcot's Kilderkins among his Masters, but finding his mistake own'd it presently. The Jury
acquitted
them, and the Court granted them a Copy of their Indictment.
