Richard Birch proceedingsdefend , of St. Martin in the Fields , was indicted for feloniously stealing 3 Augres, a Mallet and 10 Planes , the Goods of Thomas Mayo proceedingsvictim , on the 27th of February last. But the Evidence not being sufficient, the Jury Acquitted him.
