It appeared that the Prosecutor and the Prisoner were Fellow-Prentices together; and that the Prisoner ran away from his Master, but was brought Home again on the Saturday and kept up on the Sunday; that on Sunday Night he got out of the House and took the Goods mentioned in the Indictment with him; that the Hat, Shoes and Stockings were found upon him.
