John Everett proceedingsdefend of St. Mary White-Chapel was indicted for Assaulting Thomas Bird proceedingsvictim on the High-Way, putting him in Fear, and taking from him, 16s. in Money , on the 2d of July last. But the Evidence not being sufficient the Jury acquitted him.
