Mary Saunders proceedingsdefend of St. Dunstan at Stepney was indicted for feloniously stealing a Callicoe Quilt, value 25 s. on the 4th of May last, the Goods of a Person unknown . The Prisoner was Servant to Rachel Baxter < no role > , who quilted for the Prosecutor, Mrs. Andrews, and had sent home by the Prisoner a Quilt ready works, which the Prosecutor received, and gave her one unworkt, to carry to her Mistress to make up, which she did not deliver to her; it appearing to be a breach of Trust and no Felony, the Jury brought her in Not Guilty .
