Thomas Reeves proceedingsdefend , of St. Giles Cripplegate , was indicted for breaking open the House of Rebecca Essings proceedingsvictim and taking thence 2 Table Cloths 3 Flaxen Sheets 8 Holland Shifts ,2 Holland Shirts,10 Holland Aprons, Towels, &c. to the value of 7 l. 5 s. but the Evidence not being sufficient he was acquitted .
