The Prosecutor deposed that James Taylor < no role > was left to take care of Francis Watson < no role > 's House, and that in the Morning the Door of the Closet in the Dressing-Room, and Trunk was broken open, and the Money gon; but there not being Evidence against the Prisoners, they were acquitted .
