William Butler proceedingsdefend , together with Thomas Bewl < no role > not taken, of St. Dunstans Stepney , was indicted for breaking the House of Edward Darby proceedingsvictim , the 31st of October last in the night time, and stealing Linnen to the value of 10 s. The Prosecutor depos'd that the Goods were stollen, and the Prisoner being taken upon suspicion confess'd the fact, the Prosecutor would not be positive that the door was fastned , so the Jury acquitted him of the Burglary, and found him Guilty of the Felony to the value of 10 d. Transportation .
