Esan Vincent proceedingsdefend and Mary Bond proceedingsdefend were indicted, the former for feloniously stealing 173 pound of Lead, value 12 s. the Property of the Lady Katherine Jones proceedingsvictim , the 17th of July last; and the latter for receiving it being stolen . It appeared that the Lead was taken from the Freehold, and not the Dwelling House; thereupon they were acquitted of that Indictment.

Esan Vincent, was indicted a second time for a Trespass in stealing 1000 pound of Lead , the Property of the Lady Katherine Jones. It appeared by the Evidence, that the Lead was taken off from the Lady's Green-House, and the Prisoner was taken carrying some of it away. The Jury thereupon found him guilty of the Trespass. Find 13 s.4 d. and six Months Imprisonment .
