The Evidence deposed, that the Goods were left by a Porter at the Shop while he came to fetch them again, and presently after he was gone the Prisoner came and said he must have them, but he seeing it was not the same Man follow'd him, and apprehended him. The Prisoner having little to say in his Defence, the Jury found him
guilty to the value of 4 s.10 d.
