John Parson proceedingsdefend , of St. Martin's Ludgate , was indicted for feloniously stealing divers pieces of Silk to a considerable value, in the Shop of Sone Nichols proceedingsvictim and William Byard proceedingsvictim , the 8th of February last; to which Indictment the pleaded Guilty .
