John Dublois proceedingsdefend , of the Parish of St. Giles in the Fields , was indicted for receiving and selling a Silver Cup, the Goods of the President and Fellows of Magdalen College in Oxford proceedingsvictim , and as an Accessary into doing with one Richard Groom < no role > , who was convicted at the last Assizes at Oxford for stealing the fame . The Fact was plainly prov'd upon him; and the Jury found him Guilty .

He was a second time indicted as an Accessary to the said Gloom, in receiving and selling 4 Silver Cups, the Goods of the Warden and Fellows of Merton College in Oxford proceedingsvictim . But the Proof not being plain against him, he was acquitted .
