The Fact was plainly prov'd upon him; and the Jury found him Guilty .

He was a second time indicted as an Accessary to the said Gloom, in receiving and selling 4 Silver Cups, the Goods of the Warden and Fellows of Merton College in Oxford proceedingsvictim . But the Proof not being plain against him, he was acquitted .
