last. It was sworn by one Evidence, that she sold him two Ticks, one of which being produc'd in Court, was sworn to be Mr. Hibbard's. She pleaded in her Defence that her Husband brought it her from Flanders; but cou'd neither prove that nor her Reputation: Whereupon she was found
Guilty
of Felony.
