Mary Johnson proceedingsdefend , of the Parish of St. Catherine Coleman , was indicted for stealing ten smocks, seven Shirts, eight Guineas, 4 l. in Money number'd and other Goods of Abraham Abess proceedingsvictim . The Evidence set forth, That she was the Prosecutor's Servant , in which Service she staid but three Days, and then went away with the Money and Goods; a small parcel of the Goods being taken upon her, and there not being Proof full enough for the rest, she was found Guilty of Felony.
