stealing a Flaxen Shirt, valued 2 s. the Goods of

last. It was sworn, that the Shirt hung out in a Court a drying, and the Prisoner coming by, took it away, and upon pursuit was taken. He pretended he came under the Line where the Linnen hung, and the Shirt was catch'd by his Button. The Jury found him
guilty to the value of 10 d.
