last in the Night-time, and taking thence a large quantity of Linnen </rs>
. The Prosecutor depos'd, that his House was fast at 12 at Night, and about 6 in the Morning he found it broke open. Another Evidence swore, that she found a Handkerchief (part of the Goods) about a Prisoner's Neck in Newgate, who declar'd he had it from the Prisoner; whereupon the Prosecutor went and found her in the Marshalsea, where she confess'd the Fact, as she did also before Mr. Justice Johnson. At her Tryal she deny'd it, and pretended she was drunk when she confess'd, and that the Prosecutor had offer'd her Mony to swear it upon another; But she had no Evidence to her Reputation, and being an old Offender, was found <rs id="t17120910-20-verdict79" type="verdictDescription"> <interp inst="t17120910-20-verdict79" type="verdictCategory" value="guilty"></interp>
guilty </rs>
of Felony and Burglary.</p>
