Isabella Miller proceedingsdefend of the Parish of St. Botolph Aldgate , was indicted for stealing 20 Guineas and a Half-Guinea , the Goods of Tho. Perkins proceedingsvictim , on the 3d of February . The Evidence was Perkins's Mother, who swore the Prisoner was a Servant ; and having Leave given her, went abroad; and a while after, the Money being missing out of a Drawer, she suspected her to have taken it; but nothing appearing to strengthen such Suspicion, she was acquitted .
