Alice Arthur proceedingsdefend of the Parish of St. Pancrass , was indicted for feloniously stealing 2 Gold Rings, Value 12 s. and 3 l. 4 s. in Money , the Goods and Money of Robert Watkis proceedingsvictim . It appear'd that the Prisoner being the Prosecutor's Servant , and left alone in the House, broke the Chamber-door open, and took the Goods and Money out of a Scrutoir, and fled, but was the same day apprehended with the Goods upon her. The Jury found her Guilty of Felony.
