It appear'd that the Prosecutor lost his Goods out of his Coach, upon which he went to an Upholder, and desired him to stop them if they were brought to him: Accordingly they were brought by the Prisoner, and the Prosecutor sent for, who proving them to be his, and the Prisoner giving no Account of his Property in the same, the Jury found him
Guilty
of Felony.
