Margaret Poole proceedingsdefend , of the Parish of St. Andrews Holbourn , was indicted for stealing from Ann Connaway proceedingsvictim , on the 16th of December last, 7 Gold-rings, a Silver Bodkin, and other Goods . It appeared that she put the said Goods into a Chest of Drawers, and that some time after the Prisoner was gone, she mist them; the Prisoner denied the Fact; and the Evidence not being positive that she took them, the Jury found her not guilty .
