Examination TextJoseph Sevelin aged 33 years removed by an order of two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace from the Parish of St. George Hanover Square within the liberty of Westminster to the Parish of St Martin in the Fields within the said liberty on his oath saith that he lived in and rented an house in New Street in the said Parish of St Martin in the Fields for the space of two months and upwards at the yearly rent of 46 pounds besides taxes, quitted the same four years ago, that he hath not kept house rented a tenement of 10 pounds by the year nor paid any parish taxes since, that he was married to his present wife Elizabeth at the Parish Church of St. Mary le Bone in the County of Middlesex the 16th Day of June in the year 1779 by whom he hath two children to wit Susannah aged three years and upwards and Elizabeth aged one year and an half. Sworn the second Day of February 1784 before John Collick.
