Examination TextSusannah Williams aged about 36 years removed by an order of two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace from the Parish of St. Mary le Bone in the County of Middlesex to the Parish of St Martin in the Fields in the same county upon her oath saith that she never was married, that she was a yearly hired servant to Mr Jonathan [Mechie] a Wine Merchant in Craven Street in the said Parish of St Martin in the Fields for the space of two years all under one hiring at the yearly wages of 9 pounds diet and lodging, quitted the same about three years ago, that she hath not kept house rented a tenement of 10 pounds by the year paid any parish taxes nor been a yearly hired servant in any one place for 12 months together since. Sworn the third Day of June 1782 before William Hyde.
