DescriptionRead the Petition of Eleanor Condon 14 years of Age, of the Parish of St. Giles in the Fields. Her Father is a Bricklayer, living No. 9 Parker Street Drury Lane. While she lived as Bar Maid at Mr. Griffith's, Hand & Crown, Church Street, St. Giles's; she thro' the persuasion of one, who had previously filled her situation, stole ?12. She was capitally convicted for the same at the Old Bailey; but received the Gracious Pardon of the Prince Regent., on the condition of her being admitted into the Refuge for the Destitute Admitted.
