<p n="1365">The Clerk having laid before this Committee a Petition to the House of<lb></lb>
Commons from the Society of Lincolns praying have to bring in a Bill to rending<lb></lb>
them exclusive of the Parish Resolved that the Clerk prepare a Petition to<lb></lb>
Parliament from this Committee for opposing the Petition of the said Society<obscured></obscured>
<lb></lb>
that he prepare a State of Facts or Representation relative to the Rates set on the said Society and<lb></lb>
Inhabitants of the Messuages or Tenements therein in order to be sent to the Comme<obscured></obscured>
<lb></lb>
at Westminster.</p>
<p n="1366">Ordered that the Sum of £120 be paid into the Bank to the Account<lb></lb>
the Commissioners for Paving to be by them applied in New Paving for which<lb></lb>
Purpose Mr. Kennett and Mr. Ireland be desired to draw on the Banker</p>
<p n="1367">The Clerk having obtained the Particulars of an Account from the Book<lb></lb>
of the Commrs: at <rs type="placeName" id="WCCDMO36100_geo580">Westminster</rs>

<interp inst="WCCDMO36100_geo580" type="type" value="undefined"></interp>
relative to the Expence of the Commission from Lady<lb></lb>
day 1772. to Lady day 1773 whereby it appears that the Proportion to be born by<lb></lb>
this Committee is £65..6s..6d this Committee signed a Certificate for the Said<lb></lb>
Sum to the said Commissioners in order to the Payment thereof out of Monies<lb></lb>
received for Repariring Cleansing & Lighting pursuant to the Statute in that Ca<obscured></obscured>
<lb></lb>
made.</p>
