the Sign of the wheat Sheaf in Poland Street
in the Parish of St James on view of the
Body of Charles Duchemin< no role >
Thomas Deponchae lodger at no 21 not and the
being sworn, saith that, the Rcced to as a
no nine of Teriee in normandy then
Dept. & the Deced were both peices in
the same of Cort of Rom bonne the man deced
cbart. col. the Deced lived at no 26
King Street holden Square he
aged about 58 yr he was of the
Noble po lastyr.wintle he had a fit
of apaplexy& nearby mother
3 Months age the came wrint
the Dept. to Breakfast on Wednesday
Morning last the 11th Just he cat
a good Breakfast & was in near
good sprits - but suddenty while
he was conversions with this Dept.
he fell brown dead & never spoke
then Dept. had no doubt but that
he had of an apoplexy Mr pular
out in mid [..] for open of [..]
