there lying dead as follow,
to Wit.

Charlotte Appleman< no role > of No. 53 Carnaby Street
being sworn deposeth as follows
I-keep the said House No. 53, that the
deceased has lodged there only a Week
Monday last the 1st. July and has been feverish and
complained of a Pair in his Side ever since
Monday last that on Thursday Evening
last the 4th. instant he came home about
8 o'Clock who he told [..] me thought he
was a little better and hoped soon to get well
but frequently put his hand to his left Side
