Bloomsbury Square , London,
February, 1799.

The Dean and Chapter of the collegiate
Church of St. Peter, Westminster , intending to sell as many
of their Estates as may be necessary for the Redemption of their
whole Land. Tax, desire to be informed, whether you are willing
to treat with them for the Purchase of the Estates you hold under
them: in that case they will expect that you fill up the Time
lapsed (or supply the LIves dropped) in your Lease upon their
usual Terms of Renewal; and they offer you the Refusal of the
Reversion at such Price as shall be agreed upon between you and
them, with the Approbation of the Commissioners for Sale. They
request the Favour of as early an Answer as you can conveni-
ently give.

I am,
Your very humble Servant,

P. S. Be pleased to signify the Receipt
of this Letter, by a Line to me.
